General İnformation and rules are completed for U12 izmir Cup. We expect accordance from all teams about tournament rules.
• The matches will be played according to the formal rules of Turkish Football Federation.
• The referees appointed by the Turkish Football Federation will function in the matches.
• In the first round, the teams will be divided into 8 groups and each group will consist of 7 teams.
• The teams which are positioned at first 4 places in the first round, qualify to 1/32 Elite Groups and will be divided into 8 groups and each group consist of 4 teams.
• In the first round, the teams which are positioned at last 3 places transfer to 33/56 Groups, and will be divided into 8 groups and each group consist of 3 teams. Those 24 teams compete to get a ranking between 33. – 56.
• 16 teams which are positioned at first 2 places in Elite Groups will qualify to the next round. In the next round, 8 teams which are positioned at first 2 places will be transferred to 1/8 Stage and compete to get a ranking between 1. – 8. The other 8 teams which are positioned at last 2 places in this round, will be transferred to the 9/16 Round and will compete to get a ranking between 9. – 16.
• 16 teams which are positioned at last 2 places in Elite Groups will be transferred to 17/32 Groups and will be divided into 4 groups and each group consist of 4 teams. In this round 8 teams which are positioned at first 2 places in their groups will be transferred to 17/24 Stage and will compete to get a ranking between 17. – 24. The other 8 teams which are positioned at last 2 places in their groups, will be transferred to 25/32 Stage and will compete to get a ranking between 25. – 32.
• The matches will be played on a turf football field in 67 m x 44 m dimensions.
• Goal measurements will be 5 m x 2 m dimensions.
• The matches will be played with a ball no. 4.
• The duration of the games will be 25 minutes with no half time.
• The teams will consist of 8 players + 1 goalkeeper.
• The number of player substitution will be performed under the control of a referee freely.
• Offside rule will be valid.
• The rule of throwing a pass to goalkeeper will be valid.
• Wall distance in free kick will be 5 meters.
• Yellow and red cards will be used.
• The player shown a red card will be removed outside of field for 2 minutes.
• Win will be 3 points, draw will be 1 point and defeat will be 0 point.
• If both teams have equal points, first general average and then the goals average will be searched. 5 penalty kicks will be kicked for the result.
• If the game is draw after 25 minutes of duration in the final, directly penalty kicks will be started.
• The players must use shin pads in the games.
• The team will have their lunches on the tent area.
• Water needs of the teams will be provided by organization
• Objections to the match will be made in writing format to field supervisor.
• The teams will be ready on the field 5 minutes before the match time.
• All football players will be rewarded with a medal at the end of the tournament.
• When the tournament finishes; the best player, the best goalkeeper, top scorer, the best fan, the most fair play team rewards will be given.
• All decisions on the day of games will be given by the management.
• Behave in harmony inside and outside of pitch according to Fair Play Regulation.
- U12 Izmir Cup is organised to make happy Our Children who are our Future and make them spend outstanding 3 days.
- Under 12 has never been a result-oriented category.
- The important thing is to teach Our Children who are Our Future, how to socialize, help each other and share.

• The Proactive Behavior of Trainers
- This tournament is for 12 years-old children. We kindly request our trainers to “behave proactive”
- Trainers who yell constantly
- Trainers who are aggressive to their own players or to the opponent players
- Trainers who protest referee’s decisions constantly.
- Will be warned 2 times and after the 3rd one, they will get disqualified from the tournament.
- The most compatible, the most positive behaved, the most tolerant and the most gentleman 3 trainers will be awarded at the end of tournament as follows;
- Best Quality Tracksuit and boots for the winner
- Best Quality Boots for the trainer in 2nd Place
- Best Quality Boots for the trainer in 3rd Place
• “Post Game Ceremony”
- “Just as the twig is bent, the tree’s inclined”
- We have to teach our athletes the rules of Fair Play who are still in childhood.
- In the beginning of the games, we are used to see the ceremonies, but to shake hands to congratulate each other and to wish good luck gentlemanly after each game is much more important.
- Thus, as soon as the match finishes, we organize “Post Game Ceremony” which means after each game coaches and all players come together in the midfield and congratulate each other.
- It’s obligatory to join the “Post Game Ceremony”. If a team does not join for two times, will be disqualified..
- The players and coaches who execute the “Post Game Ceremony” in the most decent way, will be awarded a good quality t-shirt

• Maçlar, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu’nun resmi kurallarına göre oynanacaktır.
• Maçlarda, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu’na bağlı hakemler görev yapacaktır.
• İlk turda takımlar, 8 ayrı gruba ayrılacak ve her grupta 7 takım yer alacaktır.
• İlk turda ilk 4 sırayı alan takımlar, 1 / 32 Elit Grup’a yükselecek. Elit Grup’lar 4’er takımlı olacaktır.
• İlk turda son 3 sırayı alan takımlar 33 / 56 arasındaki derece için Sıralama Gruplarına kalacaktır. Sıralama grupları 3’er takımlı olacaktır.
• Elit Grup’ta ilk 2 sırayı alan 16 takım, bir üst tura yükselecektir.
Elit Grup’ta son 2 sırayı alan 16 takım, 17 – 32 arasında bir yer alabilmek için mücadeleye devam edecektir.
• Maçlar, 67 m x 44 m boyutlarındaki çim sahada oynanacaktır.
• Kale ölçüleri 5 m x 2 m boyutlarında olacaktır.
• Maçlar, 4 numaralı top ile oynanacaktır.
• Maçlar, devresiz 25 dakika üzerinden yapılacaktır.
• Takımlar, 8 oyuncu + 1 kaleciden oluşacaktır.
• Oyun planında adı önce yazılı takım, başlama vuruşunu yapacaktır.
• Oyuncu değişikliği sayısı serbest bir şekilde hakem kontrolünde yapılacaktır.
• Ofsayt kuralı geçerli olacaktır.
• Kaleciye pas kuralı geçerli olacaktır.
• Serbest vuruşta baraj mesafesi 5 metre olacaktır.
• Sarı ve kırmızı kartlar kullanılacaktır.
• Kırmızı kart gören oyuncu, maçtan 2 dakika saha dışına çıkarılacaktır.
• Galibiyet 3 puan, beraberlik 1 puan, mağlubiyet 0 puan olacaktır.
• Puan eşitliği durumunda önce genel averaja, sonra atılan gole bakılacak. Eşitlik durumunda sıralama için 5’er adet penaltı atışı yapılacaktır.
• Final maçında 25 dakikalık sürede eşitlik olduğu takdirde direkt penaltı atışlarına geçilecektir.
• Oyuncular, çorap içlerinde mutlaka koruyucu tekmelik kullanacaktır.
• Takımlar, öğle yemeğini çadır alanında yiyecektir.
• Takımların su ihtiyaçları organizasyon ekibi tarafından karşılanacaktır.
• Maça yönelik itirazlar saha komiserine yazılı olarak yapılacaktır.
• Takımlar, maç saatinden 5 dakika önce saha kenarında hazır olacaklardır.
• Tüm futbolculara, turnuva sonunda 1 adet madalya armağan edilecektir.
• Turnuvada en iyi oyuncu, en iyi kaleci, gol kralı, en iyi taraftar, en centilmen takım ödülleri verilecektir.
• Oyun günündeki tüm kararlar turnuva yönetimi tarafından verilecektir.
• “Saha İçi” ve “Saha Dışı” Fair Play kurallarına Uyum :
o Bu turnuva dünyanın dört bir tarafından gelen “Geleceğimiz Çocuklarımız”ın mutlu olmaları ve sıra dışı bir 3 gün geçirmeleri amacıyla düzenlenmektedir..
o 12 yaş grubunda “Sonuç Odaklı” düşünceye yer yoktur !..
o Önemli olan, “Geleceğimiz Çocuklarımız”a “Sosyalleşmek”, “Yardımlaşmak”, “Paylaşmak” gibi duyguları tattırmaktır.
o Bırakalım çocuklarımız, çocukluklarını yaşasınlar.
• Antrenörlerimizin “Proaktif Davranmaları” :
o Bu turnuva 12 Yaş Çocuk turnuvasıdır.. Özellikle antrenörlerimizin “proaktif davranışlar” içinde olmalarını özellikle rica ediyoruz.
- Çok bağıran çağıran,
- Kendi sporcularına veya rakip sporcularına agresif davranan,
- Hakeme devamlı itiraz eden antrenörler, 2 defa uyarılacak, 3.cü uyarı ile birlikte turnuva dışı kalacaklardır.
• Maç Sonu Seremonisi :
- Bir Türk atasözü vardır > “ağaç yaşken eğilir” .. Henüz çocukluklarını yaşamakta olan sporcularımıza “Fair Play” kurallarını bu yaşlarda öğretmeliyiz..
- Maç başında seremonileri herkes yapıyor, önemli olan maç bittikten sonraki tokalaşma, tebrik etme, başarılar dileme centilmenliğini göstermektir..
- Bu nedenle her maç bitiminde “Maç Sonu Seremonisi” yapılacaktır, yani her maç bitiminde antrenörler ve tüm sporcular orta sahada toplanıp, birbirlerini tebrik edeceklerdir..
- Maç Sonu Seremonisi’ne katılmak zorunludur. İki defa katılmayan takım diskalifiye edilir..
- Maç Sonu Seremonilerini en düzgün yapan takım sporcularına ve antrenörlerine birer kaliteli tişört armağan verilir.
